Valerie de León
-Artist Statement-

"My use of 'impressions' is both a technique and ultimate goal for each person to have when they come across my work. Whether easily identifiable or more abstract, inspiration is pulled from various subjects ranging in the natural world, human connection and our experiences. By fusing elements of the body, botanicals and everyday items, my hope is to grow a space where positive changes can span across cultures, identities and socio-political events."
